World Boxing Organization welterweight champion Timothy Bradley could face former champion "Bam Bam" Brandon Rios in his next fight.

Citing Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, Boxing Scene reported that the match may happen in November or early December.

With Arum promoting both fighters, the fight could easily materialize, but the only hurdle is that there may not be enough budget for HBO to stage it. However, Arum believes that HBO can make it happen since the company earned more than enough from the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao fight in May.

"I'm not going to be victim to their budget constraints, they'll find the money for a fight like that. I'm not concerned." Arum told Boxing Scene.

"November 7th is a possible date, the 28th, or the first weekend of December. I don't care, whichever date they want. I want to make sure I have a building in Southern California for whatever date we do," Arum added.

Rios is coming off an impressive 3rd round knockout win against Mike Alvarado in Colorado on Jan. 24, and is trained by former champion Roberto Garcia. A fight with Bradley is an exciting opportunity for him to go back as a title holder.

On the other hand, Bradley defeated Jessie Vargas in June, and he was declared the WBO Interim Welterweight Champion. However, Mayweather Jr. failed to pay the required sanctioning fee after winning his match against Pacquiao. As a result, Bradley's title was elevated from interim to regular champion.   

Other fights

Now that he is the reigning WBO welterweight title holder, there are so much in store for Bradley.

Initially, there were talks that he would travel to Dubai to face Sadam Ali this fall, noted Boxing Scene, but with the Rios match being planned, Bradley and Ali may face each other next year if their promoters pursue the fight.

The 31-year-old boxer is even expecting a third fight with Pacquiao as revealed by his trainer, Joel Diaz. Bradley experienced his first and only loss to "Pacman" in 2014, which makes him hungrier for another showdown with the eight-division champion.

"Anything can be possible, and don't get me wrong because Tim at one point in his career after he lost to Pacquiao the second fight he said, 'If I get that WBO title, Manny is going to come back to me again.' He doesn't doubt it, and I don't doubt it," Diaz told On the Ropes Boxing radio.
