The NFL is almost back in action.

After a wild offseason of trades, free agent signings and even a controversial deflategate issue, it's time to start focusing on the upcoming season. Numerous teams are under immense pressure to perform at a high level this season.

Here we rank the top five teams facing the most pressure to succeed for multiple reasons. Interestingly enough, four of the five teams listed below play in either the NFC or AFC East divisions.

5. Washington Redskins

Surprisingly, the Washington Redskins haven't been embroiled with controversy, overspending and complaining this offseason. Still, this Redskins team has the competitive talent to win games and make a run for the NFC East this season. The Redskins won the NFC East not that long ago. Daniel Snyder exercised his team option on Robert Griffin III this offseason which is scheduled to pay the former Offensive Rookie of the Year more than $16 million 2016, which they can still back out of. DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon make up one of the best wide receiver duos in the league, Alfred Morris is one of the best young running backs in the game. Time for Griffin and Jay Gruden to get on the same page.

4. Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia Eagles fans are ready for the season to start. Constant controversy surrounding head coach Chip Kelly has highlighted their offseason. Former players and coaches have criticized Kelly because of the trades and releases he has made. Getting rid of LeSean McCoy and trading away Sam Bradford certainly had a lot of people shaking their heads. Outside of Bradford, who has torn his ACL the last two seasons, the Eagles are down to Tim Tebow and Mark Sanchez. Last season the Eagles lost three of their last four games after starting off a promising 9-3. An extremely disappointing finish for the Eagles.

3. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts have been improving every season. With Andrew Luck throwing passes, the Colts have made it to the first round, second round, and the third round in consecutive seasons. If that trend continues, the Colts will make the Super Bowl this season. Luck is going to be in for an enormous payday pretty soon, so the Colts better make a move this year. The Colts had a great offseason adding Frank Gore and Andre Johnson to the offense creating stability. With Tom Brady suspended four games, the Colts should be able to grab the No. 1 or No. 2 seed in the NFC this year.

2. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills have a terrific defense led by Mario Williams that ranked fourth in yards and fourth in points given up last season. The Bills defense also ranked first in passing touchdowns allowed and did a great job against the run. Even with all that, the Bills still barely missed the playoffs for the 15th consecutive season. The Bills are the only NFL team to not qualify for the postseason even once in the 21sty century. The Bills ranked 25th in team rushing last season, so adding McCoy was a great move. It's time for E.J. Manuel to start playing like a first-round draft pick.

1. Miami Dolphins

This is it for Joe Philbin and the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have a stacked roster from top to bottom, and it's time finally execute on the field. Ryan Tannehill isn't elite, but he's still a quality quarterback who is better than anyone on the New York Jets or Bills. Under head coach Philbin, the Dolphins have gone 7-9, 8-8 and 8-8. Last season the Dolphins lost three of their last four games thus conceding the AFC East to the Patriots once again. The Dolphins made a huge offseason signing by adding Ndamukong Suh to the roster. The last playoff win for the Dolphins was back in 2000.
