In the peak of the Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom divorce news, it shocked everyone to hear that Khloe decided to sell their former Tarzana home for $5.499 million, as part of her moving on. However, what could be the reason behind her sister Kourtney selling her Calabasas home?

After Khloe has reportedly sold her mansion to Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco, her sister Kourthney and partner Scott Disick are now selling their Calabasas house for $3.499 million.

According to LA Times, Kourtney's house comes with bolder decorations since it was finished with the help of interior design expert Jeff Andrews. Several rooms that were painted in black and white are accentuated with bright colored room pieces. It also comes with a detached library or office with a zebra styled rug on top of its wooden flooring.

Kourtney and Scott's house measures 5,400 square feet and has vaulted ceilings, open floor plan plus four bedrooms with five bathrooms. The kitchen is packed with a cappuccino maker and even a luxurious set of four dishwashing drawers. The lot also includes the spa, swimming pool and the covered loggia.

As for the reason behind the selling of the home remains undisclosed. Both sisters, Khloe and Kourtney have similar listing agents for their property dealings.

On other Khloe Kardashian news, Daily Mail UK wrote how it was revealed in the coming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that KK almost spilled out Kanye West's much talked about proposal to Kim. Khloe was suspecting an engagement may soon happen when the rapper instructed all of them to fly out to San Francisco. As she was discussing the possibilities with Kourtney, Kim suddenly shows up and cuts their private conversation.

The next episode of the reality show will feature all that transpired which led up to the highlighted moment of Kanye's proposal.

This could mean taking a rest from the Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom divorce nostalgia and focusing on the Kanye-Kim engagement, just in time for the Valentine's week.
