NBA All Star 2014 Slam Dunk Competition: LeBron Practicing for Dunk Contest? See High-Flyer in Action
LeBron James has just proven he is worthy of his nickname "King James" and has definitively shown he has got some major dunking skills.
LeBron who has refused to participate in the Official NBA Dunk Contest put on an impromptu dunk show for his teammates as well as members of the media who were present after a practice a Miami practice in Phoenix.
The Herald Sun reports James was accompanied by teammate Michael Beasley and both showed off their dunking abilities. Of course, James was the center of attention and executed dunks where the basketball phenom bounced the ball off the wall and caught it to complete a pair of impressive slams.

Just last Saturday night in Salt Lake City, James reiterated that he hadn't considered entering this year's competition in New Orleans and next year in New York citing his age. "Nah, I'm gonna be 30," recalls Bleacher Report.
When asked for a comment, James told media that they wanted to let off some steam after a hard practice. While James and teammate Dwayne Wade were being interviewed after training, it was suggested the two looked relaxed.
"You guys should have been here in the beginning of practice," Wade said. "It wasn't relaxed."
"Yeah, it wasn't relaxed at all," James pitched in. "That was the end."
Wade continues, "Yeah, that was the end. But coach challenged us, and I thought we responded by having a great-intensity practice today, very focused. And once he saw that, he called it in. And then after that, the guys got to let their hair down a little bit. That's one thing about this team, no matter what you want to call us, 'Hollywood as Hell,' we work. And that's what we did today."
After the display, Wade was asked by a reporter on his prediction should James enter the contest but before he could weigh in his two cents, James cut him off declaring, "I'd win."
Joseph Goodman posted the tweet below on the interaction and basically shows the sheer confidence of the 29-year-old.
After an 11-year basketball career, LeBron has yet to enter a single contest. This just beckons the question rather than throwing dunks post-practice and declaring you'd win the dunk competition, why not just enter the dunk contest and prove it to everyone?
