Ultimate Fighting Championship interim featherweight champion Conor McGregor believes he can easily defeat Floyd Mayweather if they collide in a "real fight."

McGregor admitted that he cannot win against Mayweather in a traditional boxing match because the undefeated champion has superior boxing techniques. But in a real war, he is convinced Mayweather will not win against him, and even against Ronda Rousey.

McGregor told The Guardian that he could beat Mayweather in seconds, same as Rousey. He said he could knock Mayweather out cold easily, while the reigning UFC women's bantamweight champion could take the boxing pound-for-pound king down.

"When you don't know how to grapple you don't stand a chance," McGregor said. "For us, it's like playing with a baby. People who don't understand the sport cannot understand how vulnerable they are. There are always clinches and Ronda is a judo Olympian. She would throw Floyd on his head in a second. Me? I would knock him out. Cold."

Rousey also had a similar take on talks about a possible match with Mayweather. The 28-year-old superstar said Mayweather will beat her in a boxing match, but 'Rowdy' insisted the 38-year-old boxer will have a hard time dealing with her in a no-rules fight.

"In a no-rules fight, I believe I can beat anyone on this planet," Rousey said in a Reddit Ask Me Anything chat. "Boxing is a sweet science with strict rules that I respect very much and aspire every day to improve at. But you said rule-less fight, and that's my honest answer."

Mayweather recently took a swipe at UFC and mixed martial arts after he was asked about the possibility of facing MMA superstars in the future. The Grand Rapids native said that he is not interested in an MMA fight, calling MMA a "$100,000 business" unlike boxing, where he can earn millions easily.

McGregor knows that most fans and analyst see no reason why Mayweather will face an MMA superstar because of financial factors. However, the 27-year-old Irish believes a fight between him and Mayweather could generate $500 million, which will be more than enough to convince the boxing champion to agree to a deal.

"If you're talking about a fight that could generate half a billion, it's this one," McGregor said. "There's never going to be another boxing fight like this. Only a cross-style match between Mayweather and me could generate that kind of interest and revenue. So maybe it could happen. I would certainly be up for it."
