'Elder Scrolls Online' Patch: 'Imperial City DLC' Districts, Dungeons & Dungeon Details & Screenshots Released
Bethesda and Zenimax are coming out with a new DLC for "The Elder Scrolls Online" at the end of August. The new expansion pack called "Imperial City" is set to bring numerous contents along with new places to explore in the game.
According to the game's official website, the new Imperial City will bring six new districts, two dungeons and four additional areas for the players to check out.
The new districts are The Memorial District, The Arena District, The Arboretum District, The Temple District, The Nobles District and the Elven Gardens.
Meanwhile, The Imperial Sewers, Aldmeri Dominion Base, Ebonheart Pact Base and Daggerfall Covenant Base are the other areas players can explore. The two additional dungeons are called The Imperial City prison and The White-Gold Tower.
All six districts are Player versus Environment and Player versus Player locations while the dungeons are PvE areas, noted IGN.
Each base is situated underneath the middle of two districts. The Ebonheart Pact's base is below the Arena and Memorial Districts while the Aldmeri Dominion is underneath the Temple and Arboretum areas. Daggerfall is situated west of the Imperial Sewers, below the Elven Gardens and Noble Districts.
Each base comes with equipment that will help the members survive such as crafting stations, cooking fire and dye station. There are also merchants that handle general goods, crafting style, Tel Var Stone and a banker with Tel Var Stone deposits.
The two dungeons can help players rack up to Veteran Rank 16 in rewards if played via a Veteran Mode along with the help of three friends. For those who prefer an easier way of entering and taking control of the dungeons, there is also the usual Normal mode to choose.
Both dungeons are under the control of the Daedra and players must be able to retrieve the elder scrolls hidden in both areas to succeed.
The "Imperial City" DLC will bring new adventures, quests and enemies to take down. It will introduce the new Xivkyn forces that players will encounter in the Arena District.
In this area, players will get a chance to fight and overcome the Ringmaster, which will yield a special reward. The quest will not be easy as there is a chance that players will meet the Ogrim Charr, which will do its best to overpower the player.
In the Elven Gardens, players must be wary of Zoal the Ever-Wakeful who will try to fight players that enter the district while the Spider Daedra called Lady Malygda can be found in the Arboretum, walking the area and trying to catch trespassers.
IGN also reported that the new expansion pack will bring new currency called Tel Var Stones for the players to use in-game.
