Last week's "Teen Mom 2" episode 6 was difficult to watch, as Leah Messer had an emotional breakdown after dropping off 2-year-old daughter Adalynn to estranged husband Jeremy Calvert. He was not receptive to her talk of reconciliation.

In a video clip promoting Thursday's "Teen Mom 2" episode 7 "Wanna Love You," Messer is at home and decides to call Calvert with important news. She has made the difficult decision to enter an inpatient treatment program. She is hopeful the news will save their marriage.

"I think I'm going to go away to a therapeutic treatment place," she tells Calvert.

Calvert asks what she plans to do with Addie. He agrees with Messer's decision to have Addie stay with her mother.

"Well, I'm proud of you for making that step," Calvert says. "I just want you healthy. No matter where we're at as far as marriage, this and that. I just want you healthy."

Calvert encourages her to hold nothing back while at the treatment center, even if she is asked questions that may upset her.

"Right," she responds, and after a pause, says, "I may come back a completely different person. My mindset may be completely different."

"Well, even if you get help, Leah, I'm not changing my mind about the divorce," he responds.

Messer looks utterly crushed by his words.

"Why do you get like this, I do not understand," she says, crying, and the video clip ends.

The painful truth is that no matter what Messer does, she cannot make Calvert love her or want to stay with her. All she can do is focus on loving and improving herself and the lives of her children.

Meanwhile, another sneak peek of 'Wanna Love You," shows the results of Chelsea Houska and Adam Lind's custody battle over their daughter Aubree.

The reality star will retain full custody of Aubree, 5, despite Lind's request for shared custody. Lind will have visits supervised by his parents.

At the end of the court hearing, Lind is taken into police custody for failing to pay former girlfriend Taylor Halbur child support for their daughter, Paislee.

Houska's battle with Lind is far from over. In a second scene in the clip, Lind tells a friend who bailed him out of jail that the case will be revisited in six months and he intends to fight for custody of Aubree.
