Manny Pacquiao's camp is still hoping that he can avenge his May 2 loss against Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Freddie Roach believes that "Pacman" can definitely win over Mayweather if "The Money" decides to continue after his September bout against Andre Berto and agrees with a rematch.

"Manny would do much better in a rematch, if the shoulder gets better. We were doing well until the shoulder went in the fourth round and we had a tough time after that. I do think we can beat Mayweather 100 percent," Roach told Boxing News.

Meanwhile, Roach also knows that he would not be able to do much if Mayweather rules against another showdown with "Pacman," even if he stages a comeback for a 50th fight. The coach even told Tha Boxing Voice that before the 36-year-old warrior can even get a shot against the reigning pound-for-pound king, he must still have to fight another "tough" and worthy opponent to catch "The Money's" attention.

Thus, the trainer is thinking of Danny Garcia as a possible foe for Pacquiao. Roach's desire for "Pacman" to collide with Garcia is intensified by the recent statements of Danny's father, Angel.

Angel told Fight Hype that he doesn't think "Pacman" has what it takes to absorb the punching power of his son, especially after being knocked out by the Filipino's arch nemesis, Juan Manuel Marquez in 2012.

"He ain't no killer. His brain shook when he got knocked out...when you get knocked out like that, it's ugly you get knocked out again. You don't want to go against a puncher like Dan...Danny's going to destroy him," the world-class trainer said via Fight Hype.

"I want Danny Garcia, that's my choice. That's the easiest fight in the ******* world, you can tell his dad [Angel Garcia] that as well. His dad psyched Amir Khan out but he won't psych Pacquiao out I promise. Pacquiao will knock Garcia out. I like the dad but he talks too much ****," Roach fired back per Boxing News.

Although there's an increasing tension between the Pacquiao and Garcia camps, they may not be able to meet in the ring soon. Bob Arum, who serves as "Pacman's" promoter, is already planning another fight for Pacman against Amir Khan, according to The Telegraph.

Boxing Scene notes that Khan and Pacquiao were once sparring partners under Freddie Roach until the former left his Wild Card Gym in 2012 to be trained by Virgil Hunter. With Khan's knowledge of "Pacman's" strengths, style and skills, he could be an exciting opponent for the Filipino champ.

Still, a fight between Pacquiao and Garcia is also an interesting event to see that could also settle the score between the two camps.
