'Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection' Gameplay & Trailer: Explorer, Speed Run, Brutal Difficulty Modes Revealed [Video]
When PlayStation revealed that the "Uncharted" series will convene in one bundle last June, little known that soon, the limited edition package will also be released.
According to IGN, the bundle includes "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune," "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" and "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception." Now, "Uncharted" is getting a new development under Bluepoint Games with the title, "Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection." The remodeled series has gone through an extensive development, and the added modes seem to surpass the most difficult stages among its previous versions.
The Explorer mode, however, is carefully designed to cater beginners. The challenges are quite bearable and could possibly entice a newbie to continue. Moving forward, the Speed Run Mode will keep you on track because of the timer that ticks you on while simultaneously competing with friends. Once you have cracked down the scrimmage, the Crushing Mode will have to be completed before anyone can finally step on the Brutal Mode.
"Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection" also comes with "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" when you pre-order online. Fans may be a little disappointed about the absence of multiplayer in the Nathan Drake Collection, but the "Uncharted: A Thief's End" that comes along does have a multiplayer beta mode.
The latest of the "Uncharted" series is accompanied by a story trailer that significantly shows the patches and storyline of the video game. If you are wondering what the "Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection" is all about, you can watch the trailer below.
The Special Edition of The Nathan Drake Collection includes a steel book that also contains some stickers and a 48-page "Art of Uncharted Trilogy" artbook. It is said to be released in Europe, New Zealand and Australia prior to other regions, per IGN.
According to Attack of the Fan Boy, the "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," which is expected to be the Nathan Drake Collection's successor, will be released sometime in 2016, but its beta mode has been included with the current bundle of the "Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection."
Coming on October 7, 2015, the Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection will be launched and made available in Europe and will be expected to be released in North America by October 9.
Pre-ordering online will reward players of the Nathan Drake Pack, which includes the Golden AK 47, Golden 92FS guns and the single player skins. For those who prefer the digital download, the game's PS4 dynamic theme can be acquired.
