Attention single ladies, guess who is going to spend Valentine's Day all by himself - Niall Horan. It has been claimed that the One Direction member is now solo, since he has split from Victoria's Secret model girlfriend Barbara Palvin.

The Midnight Memories singer has been trying his best to recover from a knee surgery ahead of upcoming "Where We Are" world tour, while the Palvin has been keeping herself quite busy with her modeling career all around the world. As a result, the couple's relationship could not work out and they decided to call it quits, after the distance between them has caused their relationship to "fizzle out."

The 20-year-old supermodel somewhat confirmed the breakup by posting up a photo of herself holding a bouquet of roses and cuddling up with a unidentified man, who is kissing on her cheek, on her Instagram account. She wrote the caption following, "Early Valentine."

"There was no big fall out - things just fizzled out as they are working in different parts of the world," a source said. "They are both really busy but are still in touch and friendly."

The pair met for the first time last year on one of the British boyband's trips Stateside, and they soon followed each other on Twitter. Their romantic relationship started, as they were spotted on several dates including going to see The Hunger Games: Catching Fire together and at the after party following the premiere of David Beckham's new documentary Class of '92.
