Tickets for the highly anticipated showdown between Miguel Cotto and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez on Nov. 21 at the Mandalay Bay are now available.
According a press statement released to the media, as reported by BoxingScene, ticket prices are set at $2,000, $1,750, $1,250, $650, $350 and $150 each.
The Cotto-Canelo fight tickets are now available at the Mandalay Bay Box Office, Ticketmaster website, Mandalay Bay website and all Ticketmaster locations. It should be noted that a person can only order a maximum of four tickets.
The upcoming showdown between Cotto and Canelo for the Puerto Rican's World Boxing Council middleweight title is expected to become one of the biggest fights in boxing history.
Cotto, who won the WBC middleweight title in June last year and defended it once earlier this year, is the more experienced fighter, having faced several big-name fighters earlier in his career.
Alvarez, who is a former light middleweight champion, is no pushover, as he has an impressive 45-1-1 record with his lone defeat coming against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in September 2013.
Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach believes Cotto has the upper hand. The veteran boxing coach believes that his fighter will have the perfect strategy to stop Alvarez in their upcoming showdown, and even predicted a late knockout victory.
"Miguel Cotto will win by knockout in the later rounds," Roach told Azteca via BoxingScene. "I'm positive that Cotto will win and you can bet everything you want on it. I have the perfect strategy and game plan for our training camp to ensure Cotto comes out winner."
On the other hand, Alvarez is also confident that he will emerge victorious and become the new WBC middleweight champion in November. He pointed out that he has been pushing for the fight over the past three years because he is confident he has what it takes to win against a seasoned fighter like Cotto.
"Three years ago when it first came in mind, because I knew I could win," Alvarez said via BoxingScene. "That's why it came to my mind. It didn't happen for whatever reasons back then. But now the fight's here and we're very happy and anxious and grateful and thank God."
Alvarez, who has scored three consecutive victories since losing to Mayweather, is coming off a third-round knockout victory against James Kirkland in their non-title fight in May.
