Xbox One vs PS4 2015: 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' Has Better Profile on Microsoft's Console
Prior to its actual release, "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" beta mode was distributed. While its availability on several gaming platforms has been highly welcomed by fans, according to Attack of the Fan Boy, its best version yet has been noticed on Xbox One.
Some of the noticeable differences between the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions include the frame rates, wherein Xbox One's excellent frame rate (fps) was highly praised despite showing some inconsistency on its resolution. PlayStation 4, on the other hand, showed some undersupplied frame rate (fps) on the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" beta version.
The frames per rate, which are practically very efficient over the course of the game, have resulted to a dismal number of time delays on the part of the player. Meaning, the loading of the game plays and other effects have been very efficient and speedy.
In the same Attack of the Fan Boy post, the only thing that was noticeable was that the frame-rate dips for Microsoft's Xbox has been the part of transitioning "to and from Killcam," which doesn't make any significant impact on the game.
Demonstrating how the "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" fared, according to eurogamer, it has a better gameplay than that of the previous "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare". Its PlayStation 4 version also reached the targeted 1080p visuals that largely backed up the targeted 60 fps. Overall, "Black Ops III" made a significant presence on the Sony gaming platform.
It was also indicated that while moving objects and targets were significantly sharp and agreeable on the Xbox One platform, the issues of blurry non-moving objects as well as enemies from the far end are not easily detected.
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" has recently delivered its beta version to PlayStation 4 rather than the Xbox One, which was its former initial platform. According to Forbes, this is because of Activision's change of status, transferring from Xbox One to PlayStation 4.
The beta version of the game has also been accompanied by the "Reaper Specialist Class," an "Experimental War Robot" compliments of the developer, Treyarch. The game's several reviews from different critics and users of various gaming platforms has issued their own observations of the beta, something that the developer will need in order to tweak the game's whole concept before its final release.
