Holly "The Preacher's Daughter" Holm accepted the challenge when she was offered to fight for the title. In an interview with Inside MMA, the UFC Women's Bantamweight Title challenger has admitted that she fears "everything" about the champion, "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey.

Holm talked about Rousey's skills as quoted by MMA Mania, "She's got a well-rounded game. I'm not going in there thinking, 'oh I only have to worry about, you know, grappling.' I do know she has knockout power so I don't feel like you guys are going to see what you've seen before with her. I fear everything about her. Standup, ground, clinch, all that. And I feel like that's the way you need to be with any fighter."

The reigning and defending champion has a 12-0 record, with only one fight lasting more than one round. Nine of those wins are by submission via armbar while three are knockouts. Her last five fights took only a total of three minutes and 10 seconds as reported by Sherdog.

"The Preacher's Daughter" also is undefeated and has two wins in the octagon. She is a former boxer, who has won 18 titles in three different weight classes. The 33-year-old has a boxing record of 33 wins, two losses and three draws with nine wins coming by way of knockout according to BoxRec.

In the interview, she also talked about her boxing career and how it would help her against Ronda. "There's things that transfer over [from boxing] and things that don't. There's things from my boxing career that I had to let go of that would not work, especially in this fight. I mean, you can't just stand there and do inside boxing with someone who's very good at judo," she said as quoted by MMA Mania.

And when asked if "Rowdy" was beatable, "Everybody's beatable," Holm answered. "Is it going to be hard as heck? Absolutely. It's going to be the hardest fight of my career. I have to absolutely do everything right from the beginning to the end of the fight. Is it going to be easy? No, that is not what I'm saying. But I'm going in there to win and it's very possible," she added.

The original plan for Ronda Rousey was to fight Miesha Tate for the third time, but the UFC opted instead to Holly Holm. It was set for UFC 195 but was moved earlier at UFC 193 on Nov. 19 in Melbourne, Australia as reported by MMA Mania
