Mortal Kombat X: Indiana Jones and Others as DLC Characters Hinted
Four more characters are coming to Mortal Kombat X and fans of the game are eager to find out who they are.
Movie Pilot reports Ed Boon, Mortal Kombat's creator, is always teasing his fans with hints and vague tweets on Twitter before official announcements are actually made. Often Boon will show pictures or give word clues prior to announcing anything. He obviously knows what is coming, but he wants his fans to keep guessing.
After the Kombat Pack introduced four characters and character skins through downloadable content (DLC), fans were convinced that a Kombat Pack 2 would come out and four more characters would be added to the game through DLC.
Boon confirmed that a second Kombat Pack would be released, according to Neurogadget, and has already teased four new characters with a tweet. The tweet shows four silhouettes of the new characters. They are awfully dark so it is hard to tell who they are, but there are some possibilities as to who they could be.
Baraka, Noob Saibot or Rain are the first possibilities of characters. These characters have appeared in previous Mortal Kombat games and they could make it into Mortal Kombat X as playable characters.
Looking at the picture, the character that is second to the left has a big head of hair. It's possible that this is the Batman character Joker. If Joker appears in Mortal Kombat X, it would be similar to "Friday the 13th's" Jason making it into the last DLC pack. If it's not Joker with the big hair, it could be one of Mortal Kombat's female characters, either Sindel or Elvira.
The next character could be a cyborg character, either Cyrax, Smoke or Sektor.
The final character could be the fat character Bo' Rai Cho. The silhouette does not seem to show a big-bellied character like Bo' Rai Cho, so he might be left out of the game.
The next DLC pack is expected to be released in January 2016 with a price of $29.99.
