Happy Birthday to Justin Bieber?

No matter how much you love or hate the pop star, he's turning 20 today and thankfully for him he will not be celebrating it inside a jail cell. In the last few weeks we have seen the Bieber's name sprawled all over the Internet and on the cover of tabloids because of his reckless and irresponsible behavior. His recent encounters with police and subsequent arrests have piled onto the former teenager's troubles, but now that he no longer is an adolescent, trouble will continue to follow him.

According to CNN, the singer has already been in trouble a couple days before his birthday. Having moved to Atlanta, a city with far less paparazzi than Los Angeles, Bieber still found himself at the other end of a camera. One of his bodyguards, Hugo Hesny, took the photographer Jason Winslow's camera from him, allegedly to delete the photos taken.

Hesny, according to reports, threw the camera into one of Bieber's Cadillac Escalade SUVs after Winslow refused to stop taking photos. According to police, "He continued to take pictures from further away. Eventually, that same person chased him down in a Cadillac Escalade as Winslow fled in his Chevy SUV." CNN reports that Hesny, 32, opened the door to Winslow's car and took the camera from him and drove away with it.

Police stopped the SUVs and arrested Hesny for theft as well as the driver. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Hesny was released on a $15,000 bond. He has also been told to appear on March 12 at the Fulton County Superior Court. The driver of the Escalade, Terrence Johnson, was released without charges because he was only employed by the limo service and was not part of the incident.

CNN also explains that during the stop of Bieber's Escalade a police search led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of cannabis. "Less than an ounce of suspected marijuana and two large glass smoking pipes containing suspected marijuana residue were found inside the vehicle," read the investigation report. No charges were filed due to drugs because of the amount.
