Xbox One and Xbox Live Gold owners are in for a surprise as "Batman: Arkham Knight" is giving away 30 percent discount on the Xbox Game Store.  

According to Attack of the Fan Boy, the limited offer will run this week only, and for those who have already bought the "Batman: Arkham Knight" game, a season pass treat is waiting for them. 

The game's premium edition is also offered at a discount for a limited time only. The Xbox One Deals with Gold offers several game discounts including "Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition" at 25 percent discount, "Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris" at 67 percent discount and "Alien: Isolation" at 70 percent discount.

Xbox 360 Deals with Gold includes "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" at 75 percent discount, "Crysis 3: The Lost Island" at 60 percent discount and "Devil May Cry HD Collection" at 75 percent off. The mentioned games are just a few of the long list of discounted games for Xbox One and Xbox Live Gold. 

Meanwhile, according to IGN, those who are able to acquire the season pass will also be awarded with the game's 2008 Tumbler Batmobile Pack and an Original Arkham Batman Skin DLC Pack. Those who haven't been able to get the season pass can still purchase it for £2 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The Original Batman Skin, on the other hand, will come in free for both gaming consoles.

The mentioned games and everything that's on the list of Xbox One Game Deals will be available until Sept. 28, so watch out for it. Also, take note that not all games are available on Xbox One as some of the listed games are exclusively made available for Xbox Live Gold members only. It is also important to take note that the prices of the listed games may differ depending on the region.

Just in case you're wondering what's in the "Batman: Arkham Knight" DLC, it includes the 1989 Movie Batmobile Pack, The Bat-family Skins Pack, GCPD Lockdown (coming later in September) and the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #1, which came out last Sept. 1.

This month is particularly eventful for the game because of its pending DLC releases. That being said, October will be equally busy for the said game as IGN already featured the next DLC pack that involves Catwoman's Revenge against the Riddler. Also, Crime Fighter Pack #3 will also be available in October.
