Cory Monteith & Lea Michele: Couple 'Talked About Children' Before Tragic Death
It seems that Glee star Lea Michele misses her deceased boyfriend Cory Monteith more and more with each passing day: in a recent interview, she revealed that she and her co-star were talking about getting married and having children before he died!
Just Jared has revealed that the Louder singer spoke exclusively to Glamour U.K. for their new cover story on her, and she spoke extensively about the love she lost way too soon. "I feel like I was given the best part of Cory and I'm thankful for that. We talked about a lot of things. We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We were done. We were it. When you're at that place in your life with someone, you talk about everything," she told the magazine.
Plus, according to Us Weekly, she's not exactly keen on dating again, especially since she lost Cory in such a tragic way. She said that yoga helped her cope with the loss, and she's finally ready to start talking to people again... just don't expect committment from her right away.
"At the start, it's hard because you're so physically and mentally shocked and damaged, but after a while you get tired of physically feeling so horrendous," she said. "Then gradually your mind catches up with your body."
Michele's portrayal of Rachel on Glee has received much critical praise, earning her a Satellite Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and three consecutive People's Choice Awards. She has also received two Golden Globe nominations and an Emmy nomination for her performance. Michele began working professionally as a child actress on Broadway in productions such as Les Misérables, Ragtime, and Fiddler on the Roof. Michele signed to Columbia Records as a solo recording artist in 2012. Her first single, "Cannonball", was released on Dec. 10, 2013. Her debut album, Louder, is set to be released on March 4, 2014. Her first book, Brunette Ambition, is set for release on May 13, 2014, and will be published by Harmony Books.
