Fantasy Football Week 3 Quarterback Rankings: Top 5 Quarterbacks to Start
Week 3 of the 2015 NFL season is here. The quarterback position is by far the most crucial position for your Fantasy Football team. Selecting the correct quarterback can make or break your season.
Here are the top five quarterbacks you should start for Week 3.
1. Andrew Luck
For the second consecutive season the Indianapolis Colts are 0-2. Fortunately for Fantasy Football owners, Andrew Luck and the Colts always seem to bounce out of it. The Colts are a perfect 12-0 against the AFC South over the last two seasons. The Colts will take on the Tennessee Titans in a must win game. Luck knows he has to decrease his turnovers for the Colts to get their first win of the season.
2. Russell Wilson
Another 0-2 team. The Seattle Seahawks will play their first home game of the season after losses to the Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Rams. Wilson has a great opportunity to feast on a terrible defense this week, the Chicago Bears. The Bears terrible defensive secondary traveling to Seattle equals huge fantasy points for Wilson. Maybe this is the week we finally see Jimmy Graham break out.
3. Tom Brady
Tom Brady leads the NFL in passing yards and touchdowns per game so far. He and the New England Patriots offense put on a very impressive display against the Buffalo Bills last week on the road. This week the Patriots will play the Jacksonville Jaguars at home. The Jaguars are coming off a nice win against the Baltimore Ravens, but they still allowed 33 points to Joe Flacco's offense.
4. Aaron Rodgers
Aaron Rodgers is absolutely unbeatable at home. The reigning MVP winner hasn't thrown an interception at Lambeau Field since the 2012 season, an incredible accomplishment. Rodgers will have the opportunity to showcase his skills in front of the nation on Monday Night Football against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs do have a good pass rush, but the Packers offensive line should be able to adjust to Justin Houston and Tamba Hali.
5. Cam Newton
Cam Newton doesn't have the greatest wide receiver help around him, but he makes the best of it. Good news for the Carolina Panthers offense, they face the anemic New Orleans Saints this weekend at home. The Saints are coming off a very disappointing loss to the Tamba Bay Buccaneers. Kelvin Benjamin may be out, but Greg Olsen is still Newton's favorite target. Newton will also give Fantasy owners plenty of points on the ground with big runs.
