In wake of the Season 11 premiere of "Bones" this Thursday, Fox has released three new teaser videos that gives viewers a sneak peek into Booth and Brennan's peaceful life in early retirement and the chaos that will ensue when Booth goes missing.

The two-part season premiere, which begins with "The Loyalty In the Lie," will begin six months after the Season 10 finale when Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) decided to trade in their crime-fighting careers at the Jeffersonian Institution for an alternative lifestyle.

A promo video of the first episode of the new season offers a glimpse into Booth and Brennan's family life with their new son and non-dangerous job positions. In the clip, Brennan talks about working on a new project as well as the two books that she written since leaving the Jeffersonian. It is also revealed that Booth has taken on a freelancing gig training FBI agents. However, just before he leaves his home to head to work, he displays an apprehensive look on his face.

Another promo video unveils that Booth will suddenly go missing. Brennan tells FBI special agent Grace Miller, played by "24" alum Kim Raver, that the last time she saw her husband was on the morning he left the house to go to work. Brennan's meeting with Agent Miller then becomes tense when Miller asks her questions about Booth's emotional state, causing Brennan to become flustered.

"You are asking strictly emotional questions. It is well documented that emotions are not my area of expertise," she says in the teaser. "My conclusion is that you were deliberately attempting to make me feel uncomfortable in order to extract something you think I am hiding. If that is the case, I no longer choose to participate in this discussion."

A third teaser video suggests that the investigation around Booth's mysterious disappearance will become intense when Agent Miller tells Booth's partner, Aubrey, that he is a murder suspect.

"Booth isn't a suspect," Aubrey interjects while Miller is trying to explain. "All we know is he disappeared. Let's not make it out to be more than that. ... If you're gonna come in here and make absurd accusations, then we don't need you."

Miller then fires back, letting him know that he doesn't have the authority to dismiss her from the case.

"Not your call. There's a dead man on a table burned to a crisp with Booth's gun on him. Tell me how that doesn't make him a suspect," she says.

Executive producer Michael Peterson also dropped spoiler ahead of the season opener, telling Entertainment Weekly that destiny and purpose will be one of the overarching themes in the upcoming season.

"The theme that we're exploring is you can't escape fate ... They're meant to be doing what they're doing, and we're going to embrace that for all of our characters and really get back to the essence of who they are."

Deschanel added that despite the gruesome nature of Brennan's job, using her expertise to solve these types of cases is a part of her calling.

"As much as the death and violence and murder can get to somebody, it really seems like this is kind of their purpose in life."
