Argentine basketball star Luis Scola is unloading his Indiana house on the market after moving to Toronto Raptors.

Scola, former Indiana Pacers' power forward has listed his Fishers City house for $1.4 million, Realtor.com reported.

The listing, per Realtor.com, describes the home as a dwelling place where one could easily enjoy one's privacy through the "covered lanai or the beautiful pool and covered patio with fireplace and TV." The 9,1711-square-foot residence resting on more than an acre of land also features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Other living areas also include a two-story entry, a grand living room, an attic, a basement, a laundry room, an entertainment area with a full bar and a home theater.

The next owners will also love their new kitchen, which displays a dining area and a center island for easy cooking along with stainless steel appliances and several custom-built cabinets. A new start in Toronto

The Toronto NBA team acquired Scola in July and Raptors president and general manager Masai Ujiri was excited to welcome the Argentine in his new home, NBA.com announced.

"Luis is an accomplished NBA and international player. We are thrilled to add his experience and leadership to our team and our locker room.Luis is a winner wherever he goes," Ujiri said.

The 35-year-old basketball athlete reportedly entered the NBA in 2007 and played for the Houston Rockets for five seasons. He had a year sporting the Phoenix Suns' uniform and the Pacers' for two seasons.

His dedication in his chosen sport is mirrored on how he attended every single game of six out of his seven completed seasons. The 2004 Athens Olympic Gold medalist tallies career averages of 12.7 points and 7.0 rebounds in his three previous teams.
