The list of free games for October 2015 for PlayStation Plus members has arrived, and it features Broken Age and Super Meat Boy for PS4 plus some new PS Vita and PS3 selections as well. PlayStation will release the games starting Oct. 6.
Coming this October, PS Plus members will have access to six free games across three PlayStation platforms. Here's the full list:
Super Meat Boy: PS4 & PS Vita
This indie title was first released on Xbox in 2010, but it's finally making its way to the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita come Oct. 6.
PS Plus members will get to control Meat Boy as he attempts to rescue his girlfriend from Dr. Fetus. The crazy platformer includes more than 300 different levels that test your split-second timing and hand-eye coordination.
Broken Age: PS4 & PS Vita
If that's not your speed, you can try out Broken Age instead. The point-and-click adventure game features a rich plot, characters and voice acting by the hobbit himself, Elijah Wood.
Unmechanical: Extended: PS4 & PS3
This tricky puzzle adventure game first came to Windows in 2012. Now PS Plus members can work their way through the all the levels released since for free with the extended edition.
The last three non-PS4 titles available for free include Chariot for PS3, KickBeat for PS3 and PS Vita, and Kung Fu Rabbit, for PS3 and PS Vita.
On its U.S. blog announcing the new PS Plus titles available for free this October, Sony mentioned that Driveclub PlayStation Plus Edition will no longer be available as a free download starting when the new selections go up, Oct. 6, so if you want to get your hands on it act quickly.
