It looks like "Captain America 3: Civil War" will be final film centered on Steve Rogers according to Marvel Studios President and Producer Kevin Feige.

Feige was rather active lately talking about the studio's numerous projects. He had a plethora of news but made it clear that the trilogy would conclude with the latest film.

"It's very much, in a certain way, the completion of a Captain America trilogy. I think one day you'll look back and watch -- 'Captain America: The First Avenger,' 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier,' and 'Captain America: Civil War' -- and it'll be one of the most unique and different trilogies ever around a single character," Feige noted according to Screen Rant.

While actor Chris Evans has noted a desire to continue playing the legendary hero, it seems that his time may be coming to an end at the conclusion of "Avengers: Infinity Wars."

It is interesting to see how this new film "Civil War" ultimately plays out with the superhero primed to face off against some of his Avengers teammates.

It is interesting to see the character's trilogy start and end with war. When Rogers initiates his journey as the Captain, he is the main man leading the effort in World War II. Now he has another war to contest, this time with fellow superheroes over freedom. In the first film, the hero descended to the depths of earth and was frozen in time. It has forced him to reconcile his living in two different worlds, one in which he was the main man and another in which he is increasingly finding himself marginalized. This seems at the core of his conflict with the more modern and progressive thinking (and risk taking) Tony Stark.

It will be interesting to see what kind of "Conclusion" this trilogy gets considering that none of the Marvel movies of late have had true conclusions in which all the plot threads are resolved. Will this film, despite being a lead-in to the next "Avengers" films, provide closure to Captain's transformation as a character?

The answer will be apparent on May 6, 2016. The film is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo. Evans stars as Captain America while Robert Downey Jr. Stars as Iron Man. Other cast members include Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd and Elizabeth Olsen among others.
