Nick Gordon's arrest in connection with the death of girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown is rumored to be "imminent."

Just days after Bobby Brown went on record in asserting he believes Gordon "harmed" his daughter, the Daily Mail reports Gordon looked tense and preoccupied when he was recently publicly seen for the first time since visiting Brown and Whitney Houston's daughter's grave-site weeks ago.

The website added Gordon looked "fit and clean" as he strolled the grounds of his mother's gated community home in Florida. The 26-year-old wore a T-Shirt bearing the likeness of Bruce Lee and with the slogan "Fear is for Others."

According to sources, at the time Gordon put his hands on his hips and closed his eyes, seemingly in deep thought about all his mounting troubles. Gordon has already been slapped with a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit by the conservator of Bobbi Kristina's estate, Bedelia Hargrove, alleging that in the hours before she had to be rushed to a hospital emergency room Gordon gave her a toxic cocktail that essentially rendered her defenseless.

Just last week, a Fulton Superior Court judge ordered the findings of her final autopsy report sealed and instructed a county medical examiner not to release the cause of death.

"I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil suit and hopefully the criminal action very soon," Bobby Brown said in response to the judge's actions. More recently, the Daily Mail Online reports cops "could swoop on Gordon at any time."

Bobbi Kristina died under hospice care in late July, six months after she was found face down in the bathtub of the home she shared with Gordon. She has since been buried alongside her mother at a New Jersey cemetery.

While she was hospitalized, Gordon was banned from visiting her and was also prohibited from attending formal services. Several media sites have also reported Gordon was paid up to $40,000 by an unnamed publication for the pictures he took at his girlfriend's grave-site.
