WWE 2K16 News: 2K Sports Announces DLC Season Pass, Including Stone Cold Steve Austin Showcase [Watch]
WWE 2K16 will be receiving a bunch of downloadable content after its launch date, including a $25 Season Pass.
According to Gamespot, 2K Sports announced that the Season Pass will be available weeks after the release of WWE 2K16. The pass will contain new story content, additional characters, extra moves and more. The content will be released later this year and will continue through 2016.
Here is some of the content that is expected to be included in the pass:
Legends Pack
- WWE Legends: Big Boss Man, Dusty Rhodes, Lita, Mr. Perfect, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, and Trish Stratus.

2015 Hall Of Fame Showcase
- "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts
- The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) vs. Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray)
- Rikishi vs. The Rock
- Alundra Blayze vs. Paige
- Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Ric Flair
- Larry Zbyszko vs. Arn Anderson
- $9.99 if bought separately
New Moves Pack
- Corner Enzuigiri
- Avalanche Ram
- Standing Crossface Chickenwing
- Dragon Sleeper

My Player KickStart
- Players will get instant access to boost created superstar ratings and attributes in My Career Mode
- $9.99 if bought separately
Players can buy all of this DLC together for $25 through a DLC Season Pass, saving 20 percent.

Although the price of the Season Pass might seem steep, 2K Sports ensures players will be getting fresh new content for the rest of 2015 and into early 2016.
WWE 2K16 will feature a number of new features and gameplay, including a brand new My Career mode where you start off as a superstar in NXT and work your way up toward the main roster.
Also new is the "Stone Cold" Steve Austin Showcase Mode where you get to play as the rattlesnake in some of his classic matches.
WWE 2K16 will be released on Oct. 27 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
