A California woman claims she saw a jet chasing a flying saucer through the sky and heard loud booms on Oct. 1.

An unnamed woman in Winchester, California said she was inside her home when she heard loud booming noises coming from outside, which her husband could not hear. When the witness went outside to investigate, she said she saw a dark object chasing a very bright object, Open Minds reports. 

The woman reports that she was able to see that the dark object was either a plane or a jet, which appeared to be chasing another object. She said the other object did not have wings or a tail, and was cylindrical in shape, though smaller than the jet.

The woman grabbed a pair of binoculars to get a better view. When she caught sight of the two flying objects again, it looked as if the other object were trying to chase the jet. She claimed the jet was making weaving maneuvers and trying to "shake" the object.

The woman then tried to get a better look with a second, stronger pair of binoculars, but when she returned outside, she lost track of the jet and the object. She eventually found the jet back on its original flight path.

The woman said she continued to hear the booming sounds for the rest of the day.

Meanwhile, UFO researchers in Japan located a FBI memo that could provide further evidence of the famous Roswell incident. The memo, written in 1950, could indicate that incident involved not one, but three flying saucers.

The FBI memo purportedly contained information on three flying saucers, each containing three bodies of three-foot tall aliens. Through Freedom of Information Act requests, the memo is becoming public, Express reports.

The 1947 Roswell incident is one of the most famous UFO events. The U.S. Air Force originally reported it had located the remains of a flying saucer that crashed into the desert near the town of Roswell, New Mexico. The very next day, the Air Force took back the statements and dismissed the recovered object as a weather balloon.

UFO believers claim that the U.S. government is covering up the Roswell incident.

Japanese museum workers located the FBI memo in 1994 while getting ready to open a UFO museum. The document also indicates that the flying saucers were brought down because they were interfering with U.S. radar equipment. 

The UFO museum planned to make over 10,000 pages of information related to the memo available to the public. The FBI became very concerned about the museum in 1994 and began monitoring it, but the museum was still allowed to open.
