'Tales from the Borderlands' PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC Release Date Announced
Telltale made a subtle announcement of the upcoming "Tales from the Borderlands" when it featured a clip of the game at the end of its trailer.
According to Attack of the Fan Boy, the trailer's primary reason for showing the clip is to introduce the game and show fans what to expect on the first episode. It was also announced that the first episode, titled "Zero Sum," will be free. The video also contained some teasers that hinted ideas on the video game's concept. Hopefully, the first episode that comes for free will convince players to take on the game's next episodes.
According to GameSpot, although the first episode of the game is introduced to players for free, it's normally priced at $5, but the whole five series comes at $20.
The first episode, "Zero Sum," will be followed by titles such as "Atlas Mugged" for episode two, "Catch a Ride" for episode three and "Escape Plan Bravo" for episode four.
"Tales from the Borderlands" will also release its final episode on Oct. 20 titled "The Vault of the Traveler" for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PC and Mac. Xbox One and Xbox 360 are scheduled to have it on Oct. 21 and Oct. 22 for its mobile version.
In another post from Attack of the Fan Boy, the character who played Fiona (Laura Bailey in real life) shared some of her experiences while working with Telltale and what's it like to work on "Tales from the Borderlands."
She said, "There is a lot of dialogue, yes. Which I love! I love that based on the different branches. I get to explore different aspects of Fiona's personality." When asked which series of the "Tales of the Borderlands" she's most looking forward to, she answered, "All of it. All of the everything."
For the lines and scenes Laura Bailey most remembered from "Tales of the Borderland," she said, "Almost every scene from the 'Tales from the Borderlands' is weird and funny and memorable. I really liked recording the spork scene. So gross, but playing that episode brought it to a whole new level."
"Tales from the Borderlands" is just one episode away from making its final appearance, and while the adventures of Fiona and Rhys at the moment seem to escalate, it won't be long before they leave the scene from the series.
