Following actress Emma Watson's tough breakup with Matthew Janney last December, she's officially now back on the market and possibly seeing a certain someone.

According to recent photos, the man she's been spotted out with in Los Feliz, California this past Sunday is 27-year-old actor/producer Roberto Aguirre, and the two have reportedly been friends ever since their meeting in 2005. Aguirre interned on the set of "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," and immediately hit it off with Watson upon meeting.

"I was doing an internship in the special effects department at the time, and one day we had a chance encounter that lead to us spending half a day together exchanging stories and dance moves," Aguirre told JustJared in 2012. "We never really lost touch after that and now she's one of my best friends."

While a lot of things could have changed in that span of time, Aguirre has arguably displayed some signs of attraction to the "Harry Potter" actress through social media. On Watson's last birthday, Aguirre tweeted to her, "Happy Bday to one of the most amazing, kindest, and beautiful people I know. You mean the world to me."

Watson has expressed being in a really dark place after her last breakup, and spoke on having to take some time in finding herself.

"I felt really uncomfortable, even before my relationship ended," she told Vogue UK. "I went on a silent retreat, because I really wanted to figure out how to be at home with myself."

She goes on to explain how she believes her career heavily affects her love life and how getting into serious relationships leaves her really vulnerable. At the time being, both talents are now focused on building their acting careers.

Aguirre, having starred opposite Robin Williams in "Boulevard," hopes to soon branch out into bigger productions.
