There are tons of ideas for fans to dress up as characters from "Game of Thrones" and "Outlander." Who would you be? Cersei? Sansa?
TV fans can dress up as characters from the new Fox series "Scream Queens." If you're hitting the club with a group of friends, you all can dress up like the Kappa Kappa Tau pledges. Or just dress up as The Red Devil with a chainsaw and scare the heck out of all your friends.
As political stars are rising to fame ahead of the 2016 presidential elections, people might want to dress as some of the lead candidates like GOP hopeful Donald Trump. Yandy has a sexy costume of the billionaire with a wig, red cap and all.
Find a blue pants suit and you can make a Hillary Clinton costume.
Couples can spice it up and dress like couples seen on TV. A popular costume this year would be of Cookie Lyon and Lucious Lyon from "Empire." Or you can head for a couple from the big screen and dress as the classic Forrest Gump and Jenny.
Same-sex couples can dress up as Marv and Harry on "Home Alone" or Tia and Tamera from "Sister, Sister."
If you're looking for something a bit more animated, you can wear costumes of Cosmo and Wanda from "The Fairly OddParents" or Kevin and Russell from "Up," and we can't forget about Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog either.
No worries if you're on a tight budget -- most of these costumes can be made at home. Just check your closet or ask a friend to swap clothing if needed.
