Scott Disick broke down in a promo for Season 11 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and admitted that he messed up.

"I f*cked up," Disick told Kris Jenner in the "KUWTK" promo posted to YouTube. "I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life."

The party planner added that he had "nobody" ever since he and Kourtney Kardashian broke up over the summer.

"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys to having nobody," Disick said.

The 32-year-old made headlines after spending a weekend with his ex-girlfriend. Leaked photos showed a sloppy, drunk Disick feeding his ex on a yacht as if they were still together.

"It breaks my heart to see her in pain," Kris told Disick as he wiped away tears.

Fans also got a glimpse of how Kourtney reacted when Disick went on a drinking spree and cheated on her over the summer. In one scene, Kris read the headline about Disick with his ex, and Kourtney began to cry.

"I've worked so hard to keep this family together," she said.

The promo also featured a glimpse into Khloé Kardashian's Complex magazine cover shoot and a dinner night with Caitlyn Jenner.

Kylie Jenner talked about her anxiety over Caitlyn during an interview with a reporter. "She said I'm just going to ask you one question about dad and I had a little attack," Kylie told Kim Kardashian.

Khloé then came into the room with a copy of Caitlyn's Vanity Fair debut and asked her sisters if they had read it.

"I'm not going to be fully supportive if she's not supportive of our mom," Khloé said.

Meanwhile, Khloé was back on good terms with her ex-husband Lamar Odom, and Kim was not happy about it. She confessed that she will not stop talking to him regardless of her sister's thoughts.

The promo also highlighted Kim and Kanye West's trip to Jerusalem to baptize their daughter North.
