On Saturday, Oct. 17, Kim Kardashian West took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of herself and Lamar Odom smiling together at her wedding, the Huffington Post reports.

Alongside the photo, Kardashian West posted a thank you caption to her friends and fans for their prayers and support while Odom remains hospitalized.

Kardashian West also revealed that Odom is making progress in his recovery and managed to smile at the family.

Kardashian West's news about Odom's health progression follows Odom's near fatal experience last Tuesday. Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada.

According to CNN, Odom called and asked brothel owner Dennis Hof if he could visit the brothel for a few days beginning on Saturday. Hof agreed and Odom stayed at Hof's home which is attached to the brothel. Hof initially claimed that Lamar, who has had a long history of drug abuse, was not under the influence of drugs at the time he was found unconscious by brothel sex workers.

However, news reports from E! state that "virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system." "He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucous," an insider from E! News claims. "[Doctors are] now having to fix all the damage it has done." But despite Odom's coma diagnosis, he is reportedly making progress and recently nodded his head when his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian said, "I love you," Perez Hilton reports.

So far, Khloe has yet to speak publicly on Odom's health battle, however, other members of the Kardashian family and Odom's celebrity friends have sent out loving messages and prayers via social media.
