Coachella 2014 Festival Headliners Include RHCP and Phoenix, Tickets On Sale Now
It seems like just yesterday that avid fans were flooding the plains of Riverside County, their hearts full of adventure, carelessness and love. In fact, it wasn't that long ago at all. Just last month Coachella kicked off this summer's festival season right with a slew of top-notch performers. But the artists aren't the only ones who bring that alluring vibrance to the festival grounds. The fans play an equally integral role. Without them, there would be no festival. There would be no passion. No color. They need to be catered to. As coveted as the performers may be, the fans are cherished, and what better way to celebrate them than by planning ahead for next year? This year's Coachella may be a recent memory, but why not look ahead to the future and mentally prepare yourself for what's to come in 11 months from now? Well here's your chance.
Passes for the 2014 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will go on sale this morning at 10 a.m. PDT. Passes range from $349 for general admission to $6,500 for the safari tent package, which includes an exclusive secluded area offsite, complete with fully furnished Shakir style tents with air conditioning, restrooms and showers, breakfast and snacks, an onsite concierge, personal security, and optional queen beds. $6,500 may be a bit too expensive for the majority of festival goers, but if you want to do it big, it doesn't get much better than that.
The 2014 festival will take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio over the two consecutive weekends of April 11-13 and 18-20. Although there is very little information regarding next year's lineup, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phoenix and the Stone Roses will be among the many headliners.
So get to it. Plan ahead for once and avoid buying an overpriced ticket the day before the festival, discouraged after deluding yourself into believing your heart wouldn't pull you into the summer madness that is Coachella. Tickets are on sale now, so be sure to snag yours over at Coachella.com.
