My bestie is due in Feb and she's ½ your size. Not twins? Probably triplets." This tweet has since been deleted but E! News managed to copy it.

However, Chrissy slammed the speculations in a series of responses on Twitter.

A source revealed to E! News that the model is already three months pregnant. But Chrissy only made her baby announcement recently. In the photo, Chrissy is seen lying on the couch while her husband sits at her foot touching her belly.

"As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching!" the 29-year old wrote on her Instagram photo.
