Kourtney Kardashian recently convened an emergency meeting with her attorney and is now seeking to gain sole custody over the three young children she shares with Scott Disick, while her troubled ex is locked away in rehab.

"Kourtney is requesting temporary full-custody of all three children," a source told Radar Online.

Reports are the two had previously reached a shared custody agreement that stipulated Disick had to remain sober anytime he was around the kids. But with Disick now in treatment, that accord seems to have gone up in flames.

"If Scott gets sober and stays sober Kourtney will allow Scott to spend as much time with the kids as he wants," a source added. "They love their daddy."

Word is Disick told his ex that he will be in treatment for at least a month, but he is hopeful he will be able to complete an even longer stay given all his recent troubles. After nine years together and three children, Disick and Kardashian publicly split over the July Fourth holiday weekend, when he was openly spied affectionately cavorting with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli while vacationing in Monaco.

More recently, Disick was romantically linked to 18-year-old model and student Lindsay Vrckovnik. The two have been spotted hanging out together everywhere from New York to Miami.

"Kourtney is done done with him, but she needs to protect her children," a source added.

Still, earlier this month, in the wake of Lamar Odom's near death tragedy, Disick swore off all other women for good, in an apparent last push to win his ex-girlfriend back.

"The word is he's serious about getting sober this time and he's sworn off other women," a source said. "That's the head space he's in now but who knows how long it will last."
