"The Bold and the Beautiful" (BB) for its Oct. 21 to Oct 23 episodes will show how Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) and Ridge's (Thorsten Kaye) relationship can stand several challenges. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) learns about Caroline's pregnancy and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) starts to suspect that Ridge is not the baby's father.

Steffy learns that Caroline is pregnant and starts to wonder if Thomas (Pierson Fode) knows about her pregnancy. Will she tell him about the baby? Little does she know that Ridge is not the real father of Caroline's unborn child.  Caroline had initially told Thomas that he is on the clear since she got her period. If Steffy breaks the news to him then he might question the baby's paternity too.

According to Soap Opera Story, Brooke's surprise at Caroline's pregnancy will intrigue Charlie. He doesn't understand why Brooke would be so surprise knowing that Ridge and Caroline have always planned to have their own family.  After all it's about time they have children too since they are already married. However, Brooke is not convinced that Ridge and Caroline are telling the truth. She does not believe that Ridge impregnated Caroline and tells him that she will congratulate him again if she's certain the baby is his.

Caroline on the other hand remains worried that Brooke will find out the truth about her pregnancy. After all, Ridge's ex-wife knows about his Parisian vasectomy. Caroline turns to Ridge and asks, "We can do this, right?  We can pull this off?"

Ridge tells Caroline he has a plan to make Brooke believe that he is the baby's father. He will tell Broke that he is fertile and that his vasectomy has been reversed. The doctors were wrong after all since Caroline got pregnant. But whether Brooke believes Ridge's story is still uncertain.

Meanwhile, Katie wonders why Ridge has suddenly decided to send Thomas away to Paris. She questions Ridge but is not convinced about his reasons. Katie starts to suspect that Ridge has a far more serious motive for getting his son out of Forrester Creations. 

However, Katie has no idea that Ridge has sent Thomas away because of what he's done to Caroline. He has impregnated his wife during that night she was intoxicated from prescription drugs and alcohol. Thomas had reportedly taken advantage of him. Ridge has sent his son away so he can pass Thomas' baby with Caroline as his own.
