Serena Williams is rumored to be pregnant with the child of rap star and on-again, off-again beau Drake.

MTO reports the top-ranked tennis star is pregnant and has been since at least the U.S. Open in August, when she missed out on her chance to join the record books as one of the only players to ever net a calendar year Grand Slam. After the tournament, Williams cited a string of nagging injuries in prematurely ending her season.

Even though Drake and Williams have reportedly now gone their separate ways, a source told Hollywood Life, "Serena and Drake have a lot of love for each other. They're great friends. And they're going to be great parents."

Earlier this week, sources told the website that when the 33-year-old Williams stepped out for a night at West Hollywood club hot-spot "The Nice Guy," she appeared to be sporting a baby bump. Dressed in a super tight, white mini dress, for some reason Williams decided to ditch her heels to don a far more comfortable pair of black-and-white Nikes with a leopard-skin pattern.

That same day, Hollywood Life adds, Williams was spied hanging out with gal pal Eva Longoria, enjoying brunch and sipping what may or may not have been alcoholic cocktails.

Complicating the status of the pair's relationship all the more, Drake recently told reporters he has long-term designs on being with a woman that sounds nothing like Serena.

"When I think about the girls I want to get romantic with, it's a girl from Toronto," Drake recently revealed in a new interview featured in W Magazine's Arts Issue. Williams and older history-making sister Venus are proudly from Compton, California, where they took to tennis and largely learned the game from their father Richard.

Not long before that interview became public, rumors were circulating Williams and Drake were growing closer, possibly even contemplating marriage.
