Recent reports are leading to negative reactions on the latest iOS 7.1 update that include complaints on battery drain and even disappearing contacts.
According to MacWorld, the numerous complaints were aired on the thread of the Apple Support Communities. Similar complaints were also mentioned via Twitter and even through a wide range of benchmark tests. In the mentioned forum site, there were also some participants who offered their own suggested solutions with some of the encountered iOS 7.1 problems.
Some of the most notable complaints raised in the discussion forums even include the battery draining up to 50% in just an hour and up to 5 to 7% drain when on standby mode, Daily Mail UK states. Another complaint from a user named Mattyboy said, "My iPhone 5S has been draining like crazy since the iOS 7.1 update."
