"Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star Khloe Kardashian may have called off her divorce from estranged husband Lamar Odom after being under coma since Oct. 13 but it does not mean that she also ended her relationship with Houston Rockets star James Harden.

After weeks of silence, the 31-year-old reality star dished to People that although they have filed a petition to revoke their divorce, she and Lamar are not back together. In fact, Kardashian said that jumping into the relationship while Odom deals with his condition is "not even in [their] brains." The only reason that drove Kardashian to call off their divorce--at least for now--is because she had to take over multitudes of medical decisions while Odom recuperates.

"I loved him always, and I will always love him," Kardashian said of Odom. "I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him."

Contrary to some reports, Kardashian is said to still be together with Harden, her boyfriend before Odom succumbed to a coma that was believed to be due to drug overdose. According to E! News, the couple is still together despite Kardashian being tucked at Odom's bedside and even though Harden has been benched for weeks.

"Khloe and James never broke up. He's been so understanding and he knows that Khloe's love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand," a tipster told E! News. The tipster also added that Harden has been very supportive as he recognizes that Odom still has a long road ahead of him to recover and that he is also mature enough to understand that Kardashian will "always have the love she has for Lamar."

Another source also told the publication that Kardashian is just committed to helping her estranged husband as he recovers. Meanwhile, Harden is just keeping his head focused to the game as he readies himself for Houston Rockets' first NBA game this season.

In her first interview since Odom has been hospitalized, Kardashian also admitted to People that she's aware of how Odom's ordeal has been affecting her relationship with Harden. While she never really confirmed that she and the bearded player is still an item, she said that she appreciates Harden's understanding while she copes with Odom's devastating condition.

"He's been great with me, and I'm just allowing everything to unfold," Kardashian added. "If it's too overwhelming [for him], then I understand that as well."
