Jane's (Gina Rodriguez) love triangle with Michael Cordero (Brett Dier) and Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni) will get even more complicated after Michael sees a photo of her kissing Rafael in the next episode of "Jane the Virgin."

A preview of Monday's all-new episode reveals that Petra (Yael Grobglas) will photograph Rafael and Jane sharing a passionate kiss and then show the picture to Jane's ex-fiancé, Michael.

Another sneak peek shows that Jane's mother will advise her to keep her kiss with Rafael secret from Michael.

"Definitely don't tell Michael you kissed with Rafael," warns Xo (Andrea Navedo). "I'm just saying nothing good can come of it."

Meanwhile, Jane looks completely flabbergasted in the video teaser when Rafael tells her that he wants to file for custody of baby Mateo.

"The way things are just aren't really working for me," Rafael tells the mother of his child. "I think we should talk about custody."

According to BroadwayWorld.com, the synopsis for the upcoming episode, titled "Chapter Twenty-Six," reads as follows:

"As Jane (Gina Rodriguez) tries to juggle motherhood and school, she forgets to plan Lina's (guest star Diana Guerrero) surprise 25th birthday party leading to friction between the best friends.

Rafael (Justin Baldoni) tells Jane that he still wants a romantic relationship with her, but she is blindsided when he asks for joint custody. Petra (Yael Grobglas) tries to enlist Michael's (Brett Dier) help to keep Jane and Rafael apart. Rogelio's (Jamie Camil) ex-wife, Luciana (guest star Kate del Castillo), is blackmailing him with secrets from years ago to get her role back on "The Passions of Santos." Meanwhile, Michael gets a new partner and a possible lead in the Sin Rostro case."

Season 2, Episode 4 of "Jane the Virgin" will premiere on Monday, Nov. 2 on The CW.
