The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is an event like no other with some of the most beautiful women in the planet hitting the runway in the most extravagant lingerie pieces ever created. Amidst all the spectacle, the Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra is always the main attraction. This year, Lily Aldridge gets the honor of strutting the $2 million creation.

According to an official report from Vogue, the new Fantasy Bra was crafted by jeweller Mouawad and took 685 hours of labor to complete. The 18-karat gold bra sparkles with over 6,500 precious gems including blue topaz, garnet and yellow sapphire. The combined weight of the stones come down to just under 1,364 carats. The panties, which often get overlooked compared to the attention-grabbing bra, are fitted with 126 diamonds and 400 additional precious stones.

It's lingerie worthy of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show glitz and glamour. A sneak peek into the $2 million stunner was also on hand as Vogue posted a 30-second video of Aldridge dancing in the gem-encrusted lingerie.

The Victoria's Secret official Instagram account sheds more detail on the underwear with a sultry photo of the veteran Angel. The caption read, "Thousands of diamonds. 18K gold. $2 million. Introducing the 2015 Fireworks #VSFantasyBra, worn by @lilyaldridge & designed by @mouawadjewelry. Watch them light up the #VSFashionShow runway Dec. 8, 10/9c on @CBS."

For her part, Aldridge is looking forward to her first time wearing the Fantasy Bra. Last year, the honor went to two of the most veteran Angels in the show, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, but she said there's no intimidation at all.

"I'm not scared, I'm super excited and I'm anxious to just get on the runway and wear it and be in that moment," Aldridge told People. "Some of the girls who have worn it in the past are just like, 'Enjoy every moment of it.' It's such a special experience and I'm really excited."

It's no surprise the Victoria's Secret star is taking it with confidence and style. She is a pro after all, with six shows to her name and a seventh upcoming one wearing the marquee piece. The fashion show is usually a big party with big musical performances and all the hoopla of the biggest celebrity events.

Still, it might surprise her fans that Aldridge's most-awaited moment comes post-runway. She said to People, "My favorite ritual is eating pizza after the show. It's fun!"

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2015 will hit the small screen on Dec. 8.
