Atlanta Hawks basketball player Tiago Splitter is saying goodbye to his San Antonio home.

Splitter is selling the house he lived in while a member of the San Antonio Spurs, Busted Coverage reported. The Brazilian athlete is reportedly asking only $775,000 for his "classy" home.

Its listing on Zillow described the residence as a "gorgeous single story Burdick home." The 3,185-square-foot abode resting a quarter acre of San Antonio lot has several features and amenities to offer. The dwelling place displays three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. Other living areas include a study area, a family room, a dining area, a wet bar and an open chef's kitchen. The cooking station is definitely enviable with its sub-zero fridge, high-end appliances, custom-built storages and granite finishing.

However, the next owner will like the lovely master suite with a huge walk-in-closet. The suite also comes with dual vanities and a stunning garden soaking tub.

Inside the home, guests will find stylish accents, intricate detailing and coffered ceilings. Basing on the images featured on Zillow, the house also showcases large windows, ornate chandeliers, marble finishing, classic beige color motif and recessed lighting.

Outdoors, verdant grounds surround the home as it provides an access to the golf course and a tennis court. A summer kitchen, a covered patio and a swimming pool complete the grounds. There is also a 584-square-foot parking space outdoors.

An asset to the Hawks

Splitter, who entered the Spurs in 2010, per ESPN Stats, parted with his first team after five years. The towering 30-year-old center has been traded to the hawks in July for a 2017 second-round draft pick and draft rights to Georgios Printezis, NBA.com noted.

Hawks Head Coach Mike Budenholzer welcomed Splitter with joy.

"We're excited to bring Tiago to Atlanta. He's played an important role in a winning environment, has a great understanding of our system and will add to our core character," Budenholzer said.

Splitter tallied his best season in 2012-2013 with the Spurs. He delivered averages of 10.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.8 blocks and 0.8 steals per game, according to ESPN stats.

Sports Illustrated noted that his addition will intensify the defense of the Hawks this season because he has an "elite understanding of angles and positioning."

Splitter's former coach at Spurs, Gregg Popovich, commended him in 2013 for being a great defensive player, per an NBA article.

"He's always in great position. He doesn't make any mistakes. He's where he needs to be. He doesn't foul inordinately. He understands spatial relationships and how to do his work early to be in a position to help us...on defense, he is always ready to go," Popovich said.
