The upcoming episodes of "The Bold and the Beautiful" will focus on Maya (Karla Mosley) and Rick's (Jacob Young) surrogacy plan for Nicole (Reign Edwards).

Nicole seems set on her decision to get pregnant with her sister's baby. However, her father Julius (Obba Babatundé) is adamant and will stop at nothing to prevent his daughter from getting pregnant even if it means barging in to the clinic. Meanwhile, Ridge and Caroline are excited to become parents.

According to Soap Opera Story, Nicole pushes through with the surrogacy. So she books herself an appointment at the clinic to be inseminated. However, the process does not go as planned when Julius and Vivienne (Anna Maria Horsford) learned about Nicole's appointment. They immediately go after their daughter to the clinic to stop her from making the biggest mistake of her life.

Will Julius and Vivienne's efforts to stop Nicole from going through with the surrogacy turn out successful? Soap Opera Story teased this possibility after Maya and Nicole have a heart-to-heart talk. Maya tells her sister that their father has his own opinions about parenthood. However, she adds that he and Vivienne are just being protective of her.

Will Zende (Rome Flynn) be thankful to Julius and Vivienne over their intervention on Nicole's surrogacy? It would seem likely. After all, he had already told Nicole about his apprehensions over the surrogacy. With Nicole not pregnant, they can carry on with their relationship without having to worry about the pregnancy and having to deal with questions about surrogacy.

Meanwhile, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) are eager to learn the gender of Caroline's baby. So they agree to go visit the doctor and have their first ultrasound. What will the ultrasound show?

Thomas (Pierson Fode) still has no idea that Caroline is carrying his baby. After being led to believe that he is not the baby's father, Thomas starts to flirts with another woman. This time he has his eyes set on Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer). However, Wyatt is determined not to let Thomas' intentions on his girlfriend get in the way of his relationship with her.

Bill (Don Diamont) is furious over the fact that Ridge is tied to the Spencer family through Caroline's baby, according to Soap She Knows. Tensions rise between the two men during a Forrester Creations staff meeting. Somehow an altercation between Bill and Ridge happens during the meeting.
