Before putting up not-so-attractive snapshot, the 55-year-old diva wowed her fans and followers with a sexy photo, in which she was sporting fishnets and very revealing underwear, flaunting her enviable anti-aging body. "Looking for Love in all the wrong places!" she wrote the following caption. "Fear makes you focus... #rebelheart."

However, Madonna put everyone in shock when she revealed a less pleasant view of herself later that day, as she posted a self-portrait confidently showing her lengthy hairy armpit, raising her right arm. "Long hair...... Don't Care!!!!!!" she wrote. "#artforfreedom #rebelheart #revolutionoflove."

Art for Freedom is a global initiative led by Madonna and VICE that focuses on encouraging creative expression that brings awareness to human rights violations, and "start a revolution of love." Fans are encouraged to contribute art that promotes freedom of speech.

In the image, the "Material Girl" singer was wearing a black lacy bra, with a matching black bowtie around her neck. Although it exposed a great amount of her cleavage, that could not distract from her underarm hair.

In the end, Madonna managed to calm people down by sharing another Instagram snap, which brought her back to beautiful self. The "Hung Up" singer looked flawless with her rich blonde curls and bright red lips. Although the image showed her smoking a cigarette, she captioned: "Smokin.............. #ididntinhale. #icantwait."
