In a preview for Episode 7 of "The Leftovers" fans get a look at Erika having a meltdown in front of the residents of Miracle.

According to International Business Times, in the upcoming episode, titled "Lens," Kevin Garvey (Justin Theroux) is about to face his demons by revealing to Nora (Carrie Coon) that he is haunted by Patti (Ann Dowd) and Erika is about to face her critics.

The episode will also focus on the Murphy family's problems since Evie went missing. Erika (Regina King) looses it when someone throws a rock through the Murphy's window. Erika confronts Virgil (Steven Williams), a homeless man known to behave oddly and make prophetic statements to the people of the town.

In the clip Erika can be heard telling the strange man to stay away from her family, but it isn't confirmed Virgil is actually to blame for the problem. Later Erika can be seen giving a speech in front of the towns people.

Erika isn't alone.

According to TV Guide, Nora will become an ally of Erika in her struggle. The synopsis reads, "Surprise visitors irk Nora as she becomes preoccupied with self-examination. Meanwhile, Erika finds an unlikely ally; and Kevin's situation is finally plain for all to see."

The promo reveals Nora knocking on the Murphy's' door in the middle of the night with a message to say, "There's nothing to be scared of."

In a recent interview with The Wrap, King discussed the Murphy's and their struggle in the town.

"What happens has nothing to do with their family being black," King said.

"The Murphys just happen to be a black family. She [Erika] just happens to be going deaf. The show is a great study of society in that way."
