Patrick Dempsey, Jillian Fink Reunited? Couple Spotted in Paris 10 Months After Divorce Announcement
Amid their decision to divorce back in January, there are rumors that former couple Patrick Dempsey and Jillian Fink has reconciled after a romantic weekend in Paris, France, where the two have been spotted holding hands.
Dempsey, who currently films for his upcoming movie with Rene Zellweger "Bridget Jones' Baby," was spotted last Saturday afternoon having a romantic stroll with estranged wife Fink, the Hollywood Life reports.
The two announced their divorce in January in a joint statement. "It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage," the couple said in a statement quoted by TMZ at the beginning of the year.
"Our primary concern remains the well-being of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family's privacy at this very sensitive time," the statement added.
However, last weekend was a whole different story as the estranged couple with three children, a 12-year-old daughter and seven-year-old twin boys were holding hands and taking bike rides together in Paris, Hollywood Life further reported.
Both were also seen taking a few photos of each other and together at the Pont Des Artes in Paris, the famous "love lock" bridge. And with their recent activities come rumors that claim the possibility of the two getting back together.
There are still no declarations from the former married couple if they are getting back together or even retracting their divorce, but considering that they have been holding hands almost the whole time during their afternoon stroll, The Daily Mail speculates that they have reconciled.
The former married couple were married for 15 years. With no prenuptial agreement and a $40 million fortune, the couple previously sold their Frank Gehry-designed Malibu home for $15 million back in June, which they bought previously for $7 million back in 2009.
It was also reported that Fink was the one who filed for divorce and was represented by famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Fink also asked for joint custody of her three kids and a spousal support from the actor. Dempsey, after his divorce with Fink, had a challenging professional career as he was killed off in two of his TV series, "Grey's Anatomy" and "McDreamy," the Daily Mail reports.
Currently, as Dempsey is busy filming his flick with Zellweger in Europe, E! News reports that Fink is also busy traveling for "Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" as Jennifer Lawrence's make-up artist.
