Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber are back in the dating rumor mill once again after partying it up at Kendall Jenner's 20th birthday party at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles.

The pair once again stirred speculations of romance after eyewitness claimed they dance up a storm and were very cozy with each other at the party.

Rumors have it that Kourtney may only be using Justin in the wake of her split from Scott Disick and amid his rehab drama. According to The Hollywood Gossip, eyewitness at Kendall's birthday bash saw the mother-of-three and the "Sorry" singer spending more time with each other. The most interesting part of the party reportedly happened at the end of the night, when Kourtney took the same ride home with Justin.

Justin even took to his Instagram on Nov. 4 to share his moment spent with the Kardashian clan. He shared a photo of him posing with Kylie, birthday girl Kendall and Kourtney, who is front and center in the picture. Justin captioned the shot, "What a beautiful family inside and out happy birthday Ken."

The first time the 36-year old Kourtney and the 21-year-old Justin stirred rumors they are hooking up was in October. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the pair was with a different group of people at the Nice Guy. But gossips started after Kourtney was seen getting inside Justin's car after dinner.

Despite the dating speculations, Kourtney and Justin once again spent time together at The Nice Guy restaurant for dinner and went to Universal Studios afterward. A photo shared by Us Weekly showed Justin dressed in a camouflage jacket attempting to go incognito using the hood of his jacket as he stepped out of the restaurant with Kourtney. Meanwhile, Kourtney dressed in a revealing top made no attempt to cover her face as she walked ahead of the singer.

This time though they did not try to hide that they were together since the "What Do You Mean" singer shared a photo of his escapade with Kourtney on his Instagram page. Justin shared a photo of him and Kourtney wearing 3D glasses during their time spent together at the Halloween Horror Nights event. Fans who were there at Universal Studios reportedly also tweeted about seeing the pair together.

It's believed Kourtney and Justin are just close friends. The Canadian singer is said to be close with the Kardashian clan.
