Gavin Rossdale Still Wears Wedding Ring Despite COnfirmed Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani Romance: Here's the Reason
Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani called off their marriage three months ago. However, the Bush frontman has been spotted on several occasions still wearing his wedding ring.
The 50-year-old was recently photographed wearing the band while out on a morning stroll in Los Angeles on Friday. A source revealed the singer's reason for keeping his wedding ring on is purely for the sake of his and Stefani's children.
Rossdale was photographed still flaunting his wedding ring while out to grab coffee in Los Angeles. He and ex-wife Gwen Stefani have already filed for divorce, yet he still has the band on his finger. A source told People that the Bush frontman keeps the ring on for his children to see.
"He wears it for the kids because it makes them feel good," the source said.
Apparently, Rossdale was only keeping true to his words about having his three kids with Stefani his main priority. He and "The Voice" coach share joint custody of their three children Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7 and Apollo, 20 months old. Rossdale and Stefani clearly want their divorce to have as little impact on their children as possible.
Back in October another insider told People that the ex-couple have agreed to do only what's best for their kids amid their divorce.
"There is an on-going conversation with the boys to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible. To both Gwen and Gavin, the boys are their number one priority and concern," the source said.
Both Rossdale and Stefani have since moved on following the divorce. The 50-year old is reportedly busy on his music and on a new Bush album. Meanwhile, his ex-wife Stefani is focused with her duties on "The Voice." A representative for the 49-year old singer had also confirmed her relationship with her fellow "The Voice" coach Blake Shelton.
Stefani recently revealed in an interview with Dallas/Fort Worth radio station 103.7 KVIL (via Entertainment Online), that she had a lot of help from her "The Voice" co-stars following her divorce from Rossdale.
"There's been loads of people that have helped me with this tragedy. There's definitely key people that have pointed me into the right direction," she said. Adding that Pharrell also was "literally like a guardian angel" to her.
"Blake really helped me," Stefani likewise said during her radio interview, after calling the country singer a "pretty rad guy" on air.
