The actress has improved in the last couple of months since she returned home. Now living with her mother, the former child star's condition has improved ever since a series of breakdowns and social media comments shocked fans and prompted her parents to find her help.

According to Page Six, the actress left a court-ordered rehab program in December 2013 and started living with her mother. Since then, Bynes has seen remarkable improvement. Before her rehab stint, the actress posted random things on Twitter and also threw a bong out the window of her 36th floor West Side apartment. This last incident led to a judge ordering her to rehab.

In December, following her release from rehab, the New York Daily News reported that the former child actress had been diagnosed with schizophrenia, which explained her erratic behavior before rehab.

Yet, since her release, Bynes has become healthier and happier, at least that what it seems through her social media posts. The actress is currently enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles.

"She's a great student who always participated and really cared about her classes," a source tells E! News. "She really fit in and loves her school."

The source adds that if the Bynes was offered an acting job, "she may not take it because she's so focused on school."

In a most recent photo, the 27-year-old actress appears radiant with her parents at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise Debut Runway Show in Los Angeles this past Friday. It has not been specified what the actress is studying, but she seems to be blossoming in school and has been presenting with ease as well as socializing with students, according to MStarz. They are also reporting that Bynes has stopped smoking marijuana and has begun tattoo removal.
