Jennifer Lawrence 'Lonely' for Being Single: 'No One Ever Asks Me Out'
Jennifer Lawrence has got nothing to prove about being one of the biggest catch among Hollywood females, yet, she's still single and it's making her "lonely."
The highest-paid actress revealed her feelings during an interview with Vogue magazine and said that she is not being asked out by any man as of now, adding that's it's hurting her feelings.
"No one ever asks me out," she shared to the magazine. "I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me. I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings."
The blonde bombshell, who has been single for quite a few months now, has last dated "Coldplay" front man Chris Martin and have split in August. However, prior to Martin, she dated Nicholas Hoult their on-again off-again relationship has gone stale in August 2014 despite being long term. It's safe to say that she used to have someone by side, but now, she have to spend her days alone.
After reaching success at only age 24, Lawrence has also been an immeasurable icon in the industry, which isn't really a good thing since men seek "dominance" whether it's about relationship or career. No doubt that Lawrence has appeared to be intimidating, after being able to speak out for what she believe in when she released her essay at Lenny Letter, and for racking up an estimated $60 million as her net worth.
"I feel like I need to meet a guy, with all due respect, who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea who I am," she said.
Although she has been living her life steadily alone, she mentioned about dating a "sexy" guy, however, she didn't like what he made her feel. "When someone makes you insecure, it's strangely exhilarating because you keep trying to fight for that validation," she said.
As she waits for the right man to arrive in her life, she also mentioned about being excited to tie the knot.
"I can't wait to be married," she revealed. "I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f-k it up. But I'm also not banking on that."
While the actress has a paltry status in the love department, the otherwise goes for her career. According to CBS, she will come back to the silver screen this Nov. 20 for the release of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" and her "X-Men: Apocalypse" will hit theaters next year.
