Khloé Kardashian and family reportedly filmed scenes for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" in the hospital room of bedridden former NBA star Lamar Odom.

According to Radar Online, the family knowingly violated hospital rules this week by covertly sneaking cameras into the building and shooting scenes for an upcoming episode.

"The family filmed with their crew this morning in Cedars Sinai," a source said. "They used hand held cameras and wires and just went for it."

Word is those close to the former LA Lakers star and two-time NBA champion were "disappointed" he would agree to any arrangement to film with his 31-year-old estranged wife, who has still been openly dating current NBA star James Harden while Odom struggles to regain his health.

"It's so sad he is doing this," a source added.

It's also been reported the family had cameras in the Las Vegas hospital where Odom was first admitted after suffering an apparent drug overdose at a Vegas brothel in mid-October.

"It's [a] sh*t show," a source added. "The Kardashians are trying to run everything. They walked into the hospital with cameras rolling. It was shocking, but hardly a surprise."

Hollywood Life recently reported the 36-year-old Odom is hoping to be released from the hospital and home with family by the upcoming holidays.

"He is dreading to spend time in the hospital during Thanksgiving," a source said. "He would love nothing more than to have a full Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy watching football with friends. It just isn't going to be the same in a hospital room."

Meanwhile, Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner are rumored to be busy trying to turn his life story into a movie with the likes of Will Smith starring as Odom and Jennifer Lawrence cast as Kardashian.
