ABC's hit TV series "General Hospital" will feature a lot of revelations and drama all throughout the coming week from Nov. 16 to Nov. 20. Spoilers suggest that a lot will be revealed, including hidden secrets about Jason Morgan's life.

There have been a lot of secrets in the past episodes of "General Hospital," and this coming week, those secrets will unfold one by one. The characters in the drama series will be starting a new chapter, where the truth will finally come out.

When it was revealed that Jason was alive, it all changed the course of the show's story as relationships were shaken, especially Sam Morgan and Patrick Drake's. Celebrity Laundry suggests that the upcoming episode of "General Hospital" will feature a confession of Sam sharing a kiss with Jason.

The drama unfolds when Sam tries to reassure Patrick of her love for him despite irresponsibly kissing her long-lost love Jason, although she hesitated at the end, especially since Jason is also committed to Liz Webber.

With this recently revealed secret, the question if Sam and Patrick would's continue to fade will be answered in the next episodes. Meanwhile, more drama will occur as Soap Shows reports that there will be another confrontation between Liz and Sam.

Since the two have so much to admit to each other, the upcoming episodes will feature Liz asking Sam about her intentions with her legal husband Jason. Whether Sam and Liz will from then on have a distressful relationship, the coming episodes will reveal that there is a possibility of them turning into enemies, depending on Sam's confession.

And just when "General Hospital" fans think that the dramatic week comes to an end, it won't. Soap Shows further reports that Jason will now put the burden of knowing his real identity, which he apparently lost because of his amnesia, towards Nikolas Cassadine.

Jason suspects that the dark prince knows more about his mysterious previous life than what he already revealed in the past. Would Nikolas share the wonders that Jason wanted to know about himself or would lies continue to emerge between the two?
